We asked the Board to write on the topic “What Project Hope to Abolish the Death Penalty means to me”. This is the fourth article in this series. We hope it will give you some insights into who we are as well as what we are all about.
My name is Randy Lewis. I am 30 years of age and I have been a member of Project Hope since 2008.
I began as a sub-board member and was later moved to the position which I hold now as Information Director.
For me, Project Hope has helped me grow mentally. Project Hope has helped to keep me informed on the latest developments in legislative actions as well as judicial actions.
Through Project Hope I have been able to help others better comprehend the perplexities of their environment and cases.
My interest in Project Hope comes from the family structure and the compassion for others which is the foundation of its existence.
